Response: I just resent it for the third time today. Please check your email to see if it has arrived. Mar. 13 as I said in my message to you, my internet was down. I was unable to do anything due to my internet service being out. I was also sick. Due to those to things... I was totally back logged on mail as well as more important things such as getting my bills paid which I do on-line. Also..... You DID NOT ask for me to re-send UNTIL I asked why you had not rated me, Everyone else received my swap. How was I to know you had NOT received it. I initially sent my swap on time. Everyone else rated me a "5" and I do not feel it is fair for me to get a "3". I am asking you kindly to reconsider the rating since I had to first ask you why you had not rated me, then my internet was down for nearly a week, and then I was sick. So please consider changing it.
